It is a good eyeliner, I really liked it and very good price. Here are my comments to make it work better:
-Use it with eyeshadow. The first few times I used it without any foundation and it ran. With eye shadow or foundation, that doesn’t happen and it lasts many many many hours.
-It is not matte. It has a slight satin sheen to it. So, if you want something black like your soul, maybe it’s not for you, but if you don’t have a problem with that, you’ll like it a lot.
-I recommend it more than other commercial eyeliners, because it really holds up well and the price is very good.
Price is very good.
