How Long Does It Take To Receive My Order?<\/strong><\/h4>

All orders are shipped from Los Angeles, California.<\/p>

We process orders from 24 to 48 hours and shipping takes between 3 to 7 business days. * if no delays from within the USPS network.<\/p>

***Exceptions for the above processing estimates apply to newly launched collections, special promotions and major holidays<\/strong>. Due to highly successful launches, please allow a minimum of 14-21 business days* for your order to be fully processed. These exciting events result in a high volume of orders, we thank you for your patience (this information can be found in the landing page of new collections<\/em>).***<\/h6>

Orders outside the\u00a0US<\/span>\u00a0takes 15 to 20 days, if you don’t see your country available please send us a whatsApp to help you.

International orders<\/strong>\u00a0are processed within 3-5 business days* (exceptions apply to newly launched collections, special promotions and major holidays). International orders are shipped via UPS.\u00a0Please be aware for international orders, there is a POSSIBILITY it will take 1-3 months to arrive. This is out of our control. International import taxes will now be pre-paid at check out and international customers should no longer be charged on delivery.<\/strong><\/h6>

We offer FREE shipping in US<\/strong> for all domestic orders over $65 (after any discounts are applied).<\/p>

Shipping under $65 inside the US<\/strong> is $10 or $11<\/p>

Any customs\/VAT\/duty tax on international orders\u00a0is\u00a0not charged up front and\u00a0is\u00a0the responsibility of the buyer to clear with customs by paying any excess fees required upon the shipment’s entry into their territory.\u00a0<\/p>

How Do I Return My Purchase?<\/strong><\/h4>

Unfortunately, because our items are so affordably priced and are products that have direct contact with the skin and for hygiene reasons, we are UNABLE TO OFFER REFUNDS, RETURNS OR EXCHANGES<\/strong> once the order has been placed. ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE<\/strong>. By selecting the payment option and placing your order, you agree to these conditions.<\/p>


My order was returned to sender because I supplied the wrong address. Can you reship it?<\/strong><\/h4>
